CustomerHub is a tool that allows me to create a seamless customer experience. The tool allows me to integrate my customer account page with other apps, like returns, rewards, and wishlists, which helps me improve my customer experience. What can I say? The customer hub has simplified and revolutionised our customer experience, help us drive recurring customers, account logins and repeat business. It probably paid for itself on day 1! Add that that extremely good and responsive support and you've a 100% recommendation!
Fantastic app that can be used to take the customer experience/ease of use up a level. Through this app, I was able to add in a bunch of little requests that my customers had been asking for. Also, the customer service is top notch.
This is a brilliant app, super easy to use with absolute stand-out customer service. They respond quickly and take time to explain everything like an actual human. The app itself looks great and has some clever integrations. Also, how refreshing to see an affordable price for such a comprehensive product and service. Highly recommend.
Customer Accounts Hub is a wonderful app. Simple and straight to the point, it just enhances the basic Shopify Customer account in a very efficient way.
Although I would say the app is on the weak side regarding multi-language use, its architecture allows displaying translated content within the account using third party translation app (langify in my case) very easily for a small amount of work.
Plus, Ezra has been very kind and efficient solving a minor issue which is a great plus.

This app is awesome. It really makes the customer account so much better. The best feature is it allows customers to easily reorder an entire order or just a single item they ordered in the past. This app is a must-have for stores that sell products that get re-orderd. Our sales and customers satisfaction have increased since installing Customer Hub. Customer Hub customer service is great as well.

Coming back to edit my review. Ezra contacted my store after our review. He was apologetic and had made an error in responding to our email. We moved forward and he developed coding for SendOwl to intergrade with Customer Hub. It works perfectly and I am pleased to be using this app. If you deliver digital goods and need a 'download here' link in your account area reach out to them!

I emailed Customer Hub with questions on how to add coding for my downloads. They never responded to my emails for help. So I removed the app before I was charged. I would expect a response from an app within 7 days. What if I had a pressing issue and needed an answer?
Hi, thanks so much for the feedback and so sorry you had a bad experience. I went back through our emails and found your email to us. I unfortunately closed the case because of the auto-reply attached and didn't see the question above. We've put in place a new process so that can't happen again and I've replied to your email as well as reset your trial of the app.
We also agree and would expect a response within 7 days and always aim to reply much faster than that.
We've love it if you'd consider re-installing the app and letting us help with your initial inquiry as well as any others you might have.
