This is arguably the best looking app for a Shopify Customer backend. Its just clean helpful and appealing to look at vs the antiseptic Shopify backend for customers. Shopify recently changed many thing which totally broke this app but, the support team led by Ezra was awesome at getting everything fixed in about 10 days and keeping me informed daily on their progress. The price is very fair for what you get and I am very happy with the apps visual appeal and the great customer service/support!
This outstanding app has significantly improved my Shopify store and seamlessly fixed the issue of redirecting visitors to the registration page instead of the login page. If you're facing the same problem, install this app, and it will be resolved instantly! The customer service is exceptional—I'd give it more than five stars. Thank you for providing such a fantastic solution!
I discovered a discrepancy between what’s achievable in the actual app and what is shown in their demo account. I reached out to ask if they could help me replicate the look of the demo account. Within 24 hours, I received a response from Dave in Australia, who explained that due to the new customer accounts using passwordless login, this setup is not possible.
This means the demo account is misleading, as it showcases features or a setup that cannot currently be replicated by real users. It feels like a bait-and-switch tactic to entice subscriptions, which is disappointing and unacceptable.
Thanks so much for leaving feedback and so sorry you felt we intentionally tried to bait and switch with the intent of enticing subscriptions. We absolutely aim to give the best possible experience we can, and understand we missed the mark on this one.
As Dave mentioned, we did have to upgrade our app to be compatible with the new customer accounts, however the demo version is absolutely still built in and completely usable. However I understand that wasn't communicated in the reply to you. I'd love the opportunity to help on this one and give the best possible experience using our app and can easily help to set you up on either our new version, or previous version, which are both available through our app.
Please be aware, it wasn't our intent at all to mislead you, or others, it was simply that we're a very small team, and have been working hard on the new version of our app, and hadn't yet updated our demo to reflect the new version. It's also usually myself (Ezra) on support and Dave on development, but I needed a few days break for some urgent family matters and Dave stepped in for me on the support side.
