I needed the customization to avoid having to engage every single customer on every single order. This allowed the customer to choose and have it documented on the order itself. Plus the price is fantastic for this upgrade.
It's an amazing plugin! It does exactly what it says it does. Though there is feature that is missing for me to say its perfect - displaying the fields based on metafields used in a product. Also great customer support!

This app has been amazing to SIMPLY add customised fields. No code....nothing. You can set up multiple fields with varying purposes and select the product/s and/or categories you want each field to apply to. They also respond to queries quickly too.
This app is perfect, if you want simple and custom personalization options. I recommend this app to everyone, who's running a shop with products that can be personalized.
And this app has a top notch support. Really helpful and fast!
