Customify ‑ Custom Product App

Apparently they dont respond or help out like many of the other customizer developers. 4 months no return contact. delete. and refund please.

I will use it again if you can make it more mobile friendly. It should load faster

I was actually referred to Customify by another app provider who could not do what I wanted. I was looking for an app that would allow my customer's to enter their own custom text and then see it on the product. I am very glad I was directed to try Customify as it does exactly what I was looking for and the support I was given made implimenting the app very easy. I would highly recommend the Customify app to anyone who needs a product customizer.

Very happy with this app, it does everything I need it to do on my products. Installation was easy and it's also been easy to use so far. The videos on youtube are a big help, very easy to follow.
A huge thank you to Hasan Kamal. He fixed my one difficulty in less than 2 hours! You can't ask for better service than that.

Kamal is trying to be very helpful and he is always available. But THIS APP IS NOT EVEN A BETA VERSION OF A WORKING App. I wasted 2 months and many hours and some money to prepare images and try to have the app working properly. At the end for a fixed issue there is always a new one coming up. If you are a small business, this app can be a disaster and the kindness of its dev can make you believe in some solution that will never happen. I suggest TO SHOPIFY TO TEST APPS BEFORE TO SELL THEM ON THEIR STORE. this is unfair, VERY UNFAIR.

Dissastrous app, never got it to work properly. And some guy from customer service named Kamal, never got it to work. Useless poc.

Great app, great support, thank you Customify team. I need a guide how to set the product and they provide me a video tutorial using my own store.
