Customify is a very useful app for any online store that is looking to customize merchandise for it's customers. The app is affordable and works as intended. However, the biggest reason the app gets five stars is the incredible support if you need any help. Hasan has helped me several times and has been incredibly quick, responsive, and professional.

This is hands-down one of the most solid and mature Shopify apps I've encountered. The app delivered on every customization need I had, I was able to achieve exactly what I envisioned without making any compromises.

I have been using this app for a long time. But, lately it's been experiencing Server issue. This causes you to lose money and customers.

Terrible customer service do not support customers no response and very little help documentation
