Support enthusiastically supports the team.
There are some points that Customily can improve in the near future.
1. You can export and import option sets together.
2. When uploading clipart values ​​to the option set, you have to upload each value, not all of them
up for a while.
Having to enter the image option manually can be confusing.
3. In the template when selecting any layer, do not know the position of that layer relative to other layers. (is it in the middle or left or right).
4. App sometimes lags

I am just beginning with customization. Being new, I was amazed with their support staff. They reached out to offer assistance which meant alot. After going through their training, I feel really good about joining their community of users. Looking forward to working with the Customily team.

Customily has gone above and beyond with there customer service. I struggled trying to figure it out and with the help of customily and Josema and many many videos and live sessions, I've got most of it worked out where I can start customizng certain products. Still have alot to learn with customizing other products, but they have great videos and customer support to help me along that way. Highly recommend Customily. Thank You Martina and Josema! :-)

I had some struggles figuring out how to integrate this app with my Shopify store initially. Hours of frustration almost made me give up on the app.

I love customily!! It's giving me the chance to scale my business. No more proofs back and forth with the customers for days and time lost.
It frees up my time to create more designs. I love their library already available!! Customer service is stellar! I have always been able to get a hold of someone!!
It's a little bit of a learning curve, I'm still learning. But anytime I have an issue, I can contact them and work through it.

A bit of a learning curve, but help was always responsive, answering my questions and sometimes digging in to our listings and making some corrections directly in our content. The extensive help library is excellent.
