Customily is really amazing! It's the best app I've ever used, especially with its customer service function, no matter what problem I have, it's always there to help me solve it in the first place, which is really great!

Customily is a game changer for my POD business and personalization has increased my AOV Customily Support Team has been remarkable. From the moment I reached out for assistance, their exceptional service and dedication left me thoroughly impressed.
The one:one training with Josema Rodriguez has exceeded my expectation. He takes his time to explain the system and provide accurate and comprehensive solutions when I have had issues with my products. At one point, he helped me with my design on Photoshop to resolve the issue of an image size on a shirt . This personal touch left a lasting impression on me and further solidified my belief in their commitment to customer satisfaction.

UPDATE:
I've been rocking with CUSTOMILY now for months and many of the issues in my original review have been fixed. They have taken action on all my concerns from the original review. Here is what's been done since my review: Alignment tools have been added, Undo has been added, they've updated the option preview images to automatically crop saving me a ton of time, they've recently introduced layouts which will make my life so much easier. I am going to leave my original review below so you can see what my issues were originally before the improvements. ****Original Review Below****
I was so excited to find this app. I thought it would truly be the answer to my personalized prayers. They are on the right track but have major room for improvement. Here are the I've experienced to date: 1. Incorrect Production Files (not the options customer chose) 2. No undo button when setting up templates. You mess up you just have to start over. 3. No alignment tools in the template builder. 4. Adding new items to libraries already in use is a nightmare. I added a new hair option and I still haven't recovered from the massive mess it has made of my options. 5. Bugs galore hints the issues I'm having with the production files and libraries. 6. My last few tickets have been left unresolved. One ticket they sent me a messaging saying they were closing it cause they hadn't heard from me in 4 days but I was waiting on them to resolve the issue that I had written in about. Like I said they are on the right track but they are not there yet. I'm going to give them a little more time to make this right before I look for a less buggy app. I forgot to add the fact that there are usage fees. In and of itself it isn't bad but when the app is producing incorrect files and charging you for each one THAT is a BIG problem. I'm losing money, customer confidence its just plain bad business.

This really nice apps,we used it for customize of sneakers,and a lot of customers like it.Also we will use it for apparels,tumblers and hats customize marketing.Thanks for such good app.

Of the available apps that provide customization options for customers to upload photos and input text and change fonts, etc., this seems to have the most user friendly interface. The customer service from Customily has been very responsive. While there is a learning curve it seems well worth it. It is a real difference maker for selling personalized products.
