I love this app- it allows us to gather customization info from the customer. The customer service tech team is very responsive and helpful when / if any errors occur.

We have multiple vendors. I've used the app to give each of them the ability to identify and customize orders made based on their advices. Simple! Efficient ! Great support...I do recommend

Great app with a good level of customisation. Experienced an issue when updating but it was promptly fixed by the friendly and quick support!

The customer service from this app is amazing!!!! First of all it's vert affordable and if you need this for your website, its worth it! Secondly, the moment i installed the app, i got a notification to email if i need help with coding. I did so and i received 110% help back! i recommend.

I had an issue where my customized box disappeared. No clue why, website was set up by someone, so not sure the ins and outs. Reached out to the app developer and it was fixed quickly.

I asked to have the liquid code added to my website. Done within an hour. The app is easy to use, but did not realize you have to have the same form for every product so you have to be creative. Once I figured out what I wanted my for to say I was good. Then, I wanted to see if their was a way to have my form set up side by side and was not sure that was possible but asked anyway and within an hour they did it again, they fixed the way I wanted it. So now I am a Happy Product Customizer. So very impressed with their Excellent Customer Service. Thank you all so much!
