I used the app to add personalization fields to my stationery order forms. As soon as I signed up for the app, I received an email offering help if needed. The developer has been super responsive in answering all my questions and helping me get my forms just how I want them.
This app is exactly what I needed to properly collect personalization details on custom items. Raj helped me with field placement that was kind of wonky with my theme - he made the correction for me quickly and efficiently. Would highly recommend!

Been struggling trying to find something that works for my product. The customers service was fantastic. Raj helped me set up my custom product form. Most other similar apps need some sort of programming set up. This one did not.
Love this app, we subscribed and then had to contact customer support who customized 6 different options for us to use across various products. They have been so friendly, quick and efficient. This app has solved all our problems in shopify and will now allow us to keep track of stock without having to add quantities to each variant, which shopify didn't allow us to do. Thank you.
App does what I needed. I had a couple requests and they took care of them ASAP. Service is top notch

Very good value. We wanted an app that could have a custom required text box and this does it perfectly. It didnt work at first with our theme, but the customer service had it fixed within 8 hours turn around time. Very much worth the small investment. Thank you
I've used this app for years and am very happy with it. Every time I reach out to support I'm answered within a day and any help I needed is resolved within two. Highly recommend.
