I have used this app on a few occasions and each time I've had questions. I reached out to their customer service and everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful. Vlad is great at helping to troubleshoot and figure out the best solutions. I would recommend this app for anyone who needs to add a customization feature to their products.

We loved this app - it has a lot of capabilities. While it may seem daunting at first, once you learn how to use it, it is much easier to navigate. The technical support staff are top notch and extremely knowledgeable and patient in helping us work through our setup and getting all of our questions answered. The features are awesome, simple to use and it has everything we need to visualize even complex products in our Shopify store (we sell felt products like felt key chain or felt book cover which customers can personilze completly).
There are not much product customizer apps for shopify availiable that offers this level of freedom in creating customizable products.

Customer and technical support is very responsive and the price per month plans are fair.
