Helium Customer Fields

We use Helium Customer Fields heavily on our Shopify Plus store, and it has been an invaluable asset to our operations. Shopify's native features are quite limiting when it comes to custom registration, but this app completely bridges the gap. It gives us the power to create advanced sign-up and data collection forms using complex conditional rules that simply aren’t possible out of the box. The fact that it seamlessly maps everything directly to Shopify Customer Metafields makes data management incredibly clean.

On top of a powerful and stable product, their customer support team is exceptional. They are responsive, helpful, and ready to assist with complex setups.

es muy buena, pero seria bueno que mas adelante se podria integrar con ciertas plataformas para aprobar registros, como en nuestro caso, que son entidades de gobierno de estasos unidos, licencias de profesionales de la estetica. Seria genial que se pudiera automatizar el proceso de revisiòn, y que apruebe de forma automatica.

An actual onboarding process would be nice. I mean, an actual human to show me around the tool on a zoom or at minimum a live webinar. They just send you to support pages to get started. $60 a month for a tool that's going to be live on my site indefinitely is a cash cow. You'd think they'd help it get started a little bit better. Way more coding than I anticipated.

We use Customer Fields to power our B2B wholesale application form and it's been a solid addition to our Shopify store. The form builder is flexible, the conditional logic works well, and it integrates cleanly with our existing setup.

Support has been responsive and helpful whenever we've had questions. Would recommend for any Shopify store that needs custom customer data or registration forms beyond what Shopify offers out of the box.

Unfortunately not working for me. I keep asking specific questions and the responses are not very helpful and it takes many hours to get a reply. Shopify recommneded this app to me, but I cannot recommend beause it did not solve and did not do what I needed it to.

Jakin and his team have been very helpful and fast with their support whenever we have needed their input.

App works well for custom registration forms where you need confirmation steps, document uploads, and email confirmations. It also syncs well with Shopify admin for all customer data including tags, tax collection, and more. I have been using this app for years, and never had an issue.

Very useful for creating b2b accounts.
