All of the app's billing is handled by Shopify - so if you uninstall the app from your store the charges for the app will be automatically canceled.

If you'd like us to reach out to Shopify's billing department on your behalf about a potential refund, please let us know!

Update: The merchant's payment was refunded and they remained unresponsive to our support team's messages.

Easy to install! Work right away. Very nice app
Only reco: Please add a bit more customization functions. For example: be able to change the default template will be great

The staff was helpful to try to resolve issues, if not a little slow to respond. Overall for simply the addition s of custom fields, and without social media log in capability I just cant justify an extra $20 a month when I cant see much benefit and am paying for a essentially a month of trying to get it configured right.

This app is perfect! It does everything I wanted and then some. The customer support team is fast & efficient and made the simple installation even simpler! I highly recommend this app.

Amazing support! Our store now can allow customers to edit their account details (email address). Before, as you know, customers cannot adjust their email address after creating an account on your shopify store. With this app, it allows the customer to adjust it when they like without having to contact the store owner to manually change their email address. We are also utilizing account upload features which will tag our customers automatically without us having to tag them. ( we will still check to see that the customer submitted the proper form)

We just added Customer Fields to our shop and it has been great so far! Their chat option is great and they have answered all of my questions in a timely manner.

The application is intuitive, well designed and support is great and relevant.
These people and the whole Shopify community can make a real difference especially for young start-up businesses that require special care.

Good dev team, very customizable, and while you don't need to know how to code, you can do a lot of custom css when needed.
