For the last three months, the Helium Team has been like a support superhero squad. Always there, always listening, and always ready to lend a hand. I started using the app yesterday and my wholesale application is already up and running. New customers have used it with such ease and I am very impressed! I would considering a few apps for a couple days and very happy I chose this company! The templates are amazing and I was able to use it as a guide to capture all the information that I may have forget to include if I was building it completely from scratch.

I inherited this app from the previous dev and was most impressed by the deep functionality I could apply to the forms. Kyle from the support team was invaluable by stepping up and helping me solve a problem when the other two platforms I have integrated with Shopify weren't playing nicely. If you doubt the functionality, don't because you actually have a support team to assist you solve the problem with the vast robust capability of this form builder.

Kyle was a great support, i had an issue with the uninstall of an old app and he helped me delete all the coding, and install the new app on our website. It works great and i am super happy to have found this great app with a lot of features and great support.

So far great experience with this app, it helped us extend sign form also for newsletter and tag customers so we could integrate it to App Omnisend for automatic mail follow. Also the support is great.
