Helium Customer Fields

Much needed functionality that is very simple to integrate. Minor styling issue was sorted with support from Josiah @ heliumdev. Recommended.

Helium Dev have been very good to work with. They were able to customise the app for us and really went above and beyond to get it done. The functionality of the app is great and just works (which is all you really want!!).

Easy and quick, and it does the job that Shopify should do. It will save a lot of time and phone calls. Our theme had a link on the account page to edit the address(es) of the customer account. I put the new link just below that and added the word "Info.".

Chelsea was incredibly helpful - responded to all e-mails in a quick and friendly manner - installed it perfectly and allowed us to publish when ready.

Really easy form system to use and integrates well with shopify. Customer service team is amazing, and are super helpful with any questions or extra support that you might need.

This app makes such a difference to the function of my site. I have quite a few questions to ask my customers when they fill out their profile so the clothing they order will fit properly. It would be impossible without this app as I need customers to be able to change their information. It is a major limitation of shopify that this isn't standard.
I really liked the flexibility to have different types of question fields such as radio buttons and larger text boxes. The basic set up was very straightforward and easy to use. And a big thank you to Chelsea for styling my form to look like the rest of my site. This was a massive help!
