Great app to help you make data-driven decisions. Only knock to make it a 4-star would be not the friendliest UI/UX for those who don’t usually work with big data, making it hard to set up dashboards without help.
We have initially signed with Daasity in February of this year after a robust sales process that promised us a solution that fit our business. We were also charged an onboarding/setup fee. As we reached November, our installation was simply not working with the features we spec'ed out from the get-go, and we received a constant stream of excuses and delays, while being charged for the service.
We appreciate your feedback and apologize that the platform hasn't performed as you expected. We take your feedback very seriously are in the process of releasing product updates to fully address your needs. As a token of our commitment to your business, we have refunded your fees and will continue to keep you updated on product improvements & enhancements.
