This is hands down one of the best data exporting tools and i have asked them to do some custom reports and they got it done same day. Some of the best support I have seen for a 3rd party app.

Ran the report I needed that Shopify did not have for some reason. Customer service is very responsive.

This app has many many reports. For a basic shopify subscriber, it allows us to generate more advanced reports. Jeff was prompt and assisted in adding a little function which I needed. Highly recommended!
