I'm using the app to create reports for my fulfillment service. I got help right away to help me customize the report and now the report is perfect. Very good service.

The app seems to do what is needed on a pretty small budget. There are some interface options that are a little confusing but gets the overall job done. I would say the app is worth it if you need a light weight app that is cheap to run reports on various parts of your business.

Excellent customer service. Daniel helped me get the customized report setup that I needed and it will definitely save me some time! I am still new at using it, but quickly caught on to how data can get extracted.

I use this app for custom reporting for my retail business. Shopify's limitation on locations limits my ability to track sales, etc at all 9 locations. Using the "device_id" field from the API as a proxy for location I can do everything I need. The support is FANTASTIC!!! besides standard canned reports they will create custom reports for you on the spot! it's been great!

We use this app to create our order reports so that they can be uploaded into our back end system. It is perfect for what we need, and the support has been awesome with helping us set up the reports and even customizing them to our needs.

Very disappointed with the carelessness of support- staff said they would update the app because it was so slow but they deleted it and all our reports without any consultation. Having explained how important it was to our business the staff promised to restore things, and kept promising...until they went home for the weekend. During this time they promised a 24-hr solution but this never happened. We made is very clear how important the app was to our business but they didn't care less.
In the end we used Easy Reports which is much quicker and intuitive and slightly less expensive.

Excellent customer care and attention to needs! The data export tool is able to pull anything I've needed from Shopify and having their customer support accessible is useful in managing the data in the required format I needed.

They get the job done effectively, it takes some communication but they always work to tailor the report to what is required.

We use this app on several of our stores and are really happy with it. The application meets our needs well. The support is very responsive. They have always been able to help us and find a solution to our problems and our demands. We recommend this app!

Excellent support provided - always going the extra mile!
App itself is great in terms of visibility when you're downloading the report vs downloading them via shopify especially when the number of orders increases. Shopify default download is unable to handle that.
