Best way I've found to get info out of Shopify for reconciliations etc. And very helpful, quick customer service with custom reports. Great value for money.

Great, versatile app for back end reporting. I'm writing this for the customer service aspect of the app in particular. Any time I have had a hard time formulating a report or had any questions they are always on the ball and resolve it immediately. Would highly recommend!
One of the best applications out there. You name it, any field, any element, and their out-of-the-box system can handle it. If not, their chat-based customer support can build you reports on the fly. Saved me hours and hours of time.
We have been using this app for our stores and it works great! Also, if we need help figuring out or customizing a report, we can always count on support to respond promptly and help us out.
The app does exactly what it should do in a smooth way. Customization at its finest and the support (thank you David) is beyond any expectation. Couldn't recommend it enough.

We needed to create a customized report for entering Shopify data into QuickBooks and the customer support was great. We scheduled a zoom call and I explained the data fields I needed and they were able to put together a report for us within 24 hours. I would highly recommend this reporting tool!
