Excellent service, resolved our pay-pal reconciliation issues with one report and applied it across 5 sites. Quick, helpful and efficient, I would definitely recommend this app.

The reporting is slow and unreliable. If you schedule for 12, it might arrive at any time between 12 and 1 am or even later so not suitable for time-sensitive reports. Customer support is not in real time, they just have a standard message saying they'll work on it and then disappear for days - really frustrating if your business relies on reporting.
UPDATE: They migrated us to their new platform which is a little better, the delay is now not more than 30 mins.

We're using Data Export to get data from our Shopify store sent to the various parties who need it. Their support is top-notch and they've been able to help us with every request we've made in order to get it working exactly how we need it to. Highly recommended!
