Data Export IO: Reports

I have tried several data export apps and this is the only one that goes to the extra mile when I request customized changes on any given report. Arun response is always fast and positive. My store now depends on this app reports that I can find anywhere else.

App itself is great in terms of visibility when you're downloading the report vs downloading them via shopify especially when the number of orders increases. Shopify default download is unable to handle that.

This app can create reports for the enterprise level. I have no doubt that this is one of the top three apps for our daily operation. I created reports with daily, weekly schedule features. For example, "Low inventory Warning" is daily, "Promotion Order Status" is daily, "Weekly Member Status" and more. Also, the tech support team is very proactive and knows what they are doing. BTW, this app can support 2 byte languages.

Great app with fast support. It can report on almost anything sales/order related. Just ask for help and Sam or John will set you up super quick. I would definitely recommend for anyone needing custom reports.

This is a very good app for me, it gives me all the datas I need for my bookkeeper and it spares me hours of work and pay for itself. EXCELLENT APP! We are a flower shop and are using it on daily basis to run daily order reports for florists, delivery company and and create shipping labels and card notes for the products! The interface is slightly old school, but is relatively easy to figure out! And whenever we have a questions or need report customization we ALWAYS get instant support via chat window FREE of additional charges!

Finally! Fields you can't get to through the Shopify app are available for creating decent reports! And these guys are great about helping you build them if you run into trouble. Unbelievably responsive. One of the most useful apps you can have with a fantastic Customer Support team behind it. Well done!

Just got instant, expert help from Sree on another report that included a Custom Field this time. These guys are awesome and so is their product!

It does everything I've needed it to so far and customer service for custom reports has been quick and ready all 3 times I've needed them so far.

They help set it all up and assist right away when there's any issue. Has saved me many, many hours. Highly recommend.
