This app has a ton of reports. The developers have been amazing at creating custom reports for us. Very responsive and helpful. We've used this app since 2023 and continue to be very pleased with how well it works and how amazing the customer support is. The wait time is always minimal and the web support is always able to help us with our custom reports. Cant recommend this app enough!

Great app! Coming from a SQL background, I would say this app is pretty robust for the price. You can aggregate data pretty easily once you figure out how it works. Customer service is great if you need them to do something for you over chat. Highly recommend! Would be nice to have some charting and other formatting, but you can always do that in excel after exporting. In terms of getting the right data from Shopify, its spot on.

Customer service/support is INCREDIBLE. The rep worked with me for multiple days to put together a highly customized report that I would not have been able to do without them.

Support is amazing. They help me to set up Advance Google Product Feed, that supports variation. I have even offered extra payment for their hard work, which they didn't take it. I think Data Export , should be must have Shopify Plus App.

Really helpful and useful for several purposed. Even if you don't manage to customize your own report, their support is professional and fast in replying any of your requests. Recommended!

I am using this app to help me create a report that shows a total of what shipped per item for the date range. I really appreciate that the live chat is always there to help me create the reports I need!
