Customer service was wonderful and prompt. Listened to my needs and helped me directly edit my reports to my desired results.

James was a real OG and knew exactly what we were looking for. He helped us create a line item specific fulfilment report which Shopify lacks (major L!). Nice UI for sureeee.

Allowed me extra time to test, very helpful pointing me to where I could find my reports. Customer service is very efficient and knowledgeable. Overall we are happy with the scheduled report service.

Overall the system is very easy to use, but I had some minor adjustments that I could not figure out.

After nearly pulling my hair out, I saw a little icon on the bottom right that read "Support" and so I clicked and 'Voila', David popped up, asked me a few questions and helped me solve my issue.

I highly recommend them, especially for the wonderful customer service.

This app is AMAZING - the support that comes with it is second to none. I just worked with these people for the last 3 days and they essentially made me a completely custom report which is going to save me dozens and dozens of hours in the future. Wow Wow Wow!! This app is Amazeballs!!! There are like a ton of fields from which all the data fields that you need can be put in the reports and then there is calculated fields, static ones, even the formatting of data. And on top of it, the NO Nonsense incredible super quick support provided by Subash tops it all. The support is just helping me with everything that I need in the report even though I did not pay a dime yet.

This team worked diligently to create custom reports for our store - saving us dozens of hours each week in reporting. Their support is AMAZING, fast, responsive, and worked tirelessly to help us.

What a great app and even better customer service. I wasn't sure this app could do what I hoped for but it works even better than I thought it would. And the best thing is that support team set it all up for free!
