Incredible support! Absolute experts in what they do and followed through until I was 100% happy with what I was trying to achieve.

Data Export makes my life easier and provide report that shopify can't. Easy to understand how to use it.

Support is working on reports that are online without making a copy of them. This is a serious problem in the process, I have never seen this level of incompetence before, it simply should never happen.

On top of this, support is making changes to the online reports used for logistics that have not been requested, making the report crash.

This app provides a lot of options for reports that you aren't able to get in Shopify. Support is amazing. They went above and beyond to help me create custom reports. They were quick to respond and made sure I got what I needed.

This app does just what we need. We find it very flexible and easy to use. I should also mention that we had to contact the developer with an issue, and they responded very quickly and fixed the problem for us.

The app and the reports I can build is so helpful. For the first time I reached out to customer service and within a few minutes I've got the report I needed. I can highly recommend it since Shopify don't provide detailed reports If you have multiple POS location and online delivery shops.
