Data Export IO: Reports

Excellent app for extracting data from Shopify beyond what you can normally get. Superb support by email and chat (thanks to Daniel) in working out how to understand the data plus support in building the reports I needed (orders, refunds and VAT)

Outstanding customer service. They answered me in five minutes and respect all my requests. The application is really great as it allows to generate detailed exports of your shop. Personally I wanted to use it to export my orders with my suppliers, with a specific layout and the application allowed me to do it. The format of the fields is respected and in case of problem, you just have to ask and the technical team does it for you. Vincen, Dominic, thank you very much for your response. Customer support is super helpful. I didn't know how to create a certain function & the support created the report for me via chat.

This application helped us find and aggregate data that is not readily available using Shopify's reporting tools. Also, the customer support team is diligent, competent and kind. When we had an issue regarding data involving orders that underwent a change in currency, the support team investigated the issue and got back to us promptly with a thorough explanation of the situation. We are very happy with this application's functionality and support.

Pre-loaded reports might cover all your needs, but if you have a specific request don't hesitate to contact their customer support team! they are rockstars, answered in less than 5 min and created the report we needed!

Needed some easily customized Shopify Reports. The online support is excellent and interface is straightforward. Love it!

I tried a bunch of apps to get a data exporting function, and this one was the best one. Fast and simple to understand. The team is also very helpful, they can create custom reports for you live or edit the ones you made.

Exporting to Google Sheets saves me a lot of time!

Apps works very smoothly. I found all the settings a bit overwhelming but support is terrific and has even done the base configuring for me and quickly responds when i have questions.
