Support quickly identified a syncing issue I had. The fixed the immediate issue so I am able to get the data I need to do my accounting. They also are using this occurrence to improve their product so that it doesn't happen again. The chat techi was helpful and respectful

Since we started work with Shopify we have struggled with reports that can achieve what we need. I have tried several apps and DATA EXPORT is brilliant.
