This app is the best - you can customize every report you want. If you run into trouble with your customizations or can't figure out how to get the data you want, the customer support is fabulous. I never have to wait long to get the reports I need.

Those reports are very useful for my shop. Recently, Data Export team helped me with a custom report that I'm using on daily basis when i'm dispatching the orders. Saved me a lot of time as there was a lot of manual work (copy/paste) that I was doing before! I'm very satisfied with their product and services around it. Highly recommend!

There are so many useful reports and when I asked if there was a report for something specific to our needs, they created the report for me! Clearly, I'll be a customer of theirs for a long time.

We were stuck trying to extract some line item data for a large product order we had. We were on a tight deadline and didn't know how we were going to extract the info needed. Shopify suggested the app Data Export when Shopify's standard spreadsheet exports fell short. We were confused a bit at first how to use Data Export, but then getting on chat support with Vincent from Data Export was awesome! Vincent helped us create the exact report needed and made several revisions to get it just right. Great app and great support. Thank you!
