Great customer support and very useful when you have the basic shopify plan. Especially for creating inventory reports. Shopify reports are too limited there.

There are so many useful reports and when I asked if there was a report for something specific to our needs, they created the report for me! Clearly, I'll be a customer of theirs for a long time.

We were stuck trying to extract some line item data for a large product order we had. We were on a tight deadline and didn't know how we were going to extract the info needed. Shopify suggested the app Data Export when Shopify's standard spreadsheet exports fell short. We were confused a bit at first how to use Data Export, but then getting on chat support with Vincent from Data Export was awesome! Vincent helped us create the exact report needed and made several revisions to get it just right. Great app and great support. Thank you!

Very comprehensive and capable app with customer service able to assist with adding custom fields and filters to reports that Shopify Native and paid apps were not able to directly add. Very quick service and follow up which was most appreciated.

I've been using Data Export for few weeks only and already so happy with the reports! We use Data Export mainly for OSS reporting but I also created and automated some custom reports which will help our Purchaser and replaces multiple excel sheets (we have thousands of products). Also a big thanks to Rohit from Data Export customer support who helped me to built custom reports and created some custom columns in them!

This app has proven to be very useful and the staff is quick to respond with any questions and customizations. The reporting is a bit limited when trying to compare across multiple report types. However, their team is very supportive and will assist in creating any custom reporting you may need. I haven't had a request they couldn't fulfill.

Great app, makes setting up and scheduling all our reports a breeze.
The team is also super helpful with assisting me in setting any ruby code I need for date ranges etc as well.

Would definitely recommend this if you need a data report app.
