I'm an accountant who is admittedly a bit tech challenged and lacking in patience. This app not only gives you the flexibility to extract any data you want, but someone who will actually write the reports for you, saving countless hours of trial and error trying to pull the exact information you need.

We used this app to help us calculate our GP with shipping fees based on shipping weights. The team at Data Export was so helpful and were able to custom reports for us. I highly recommend this app and the team there!

We needed an easy way to send data from our Shopify stores to Salesforce Marketing Cloud. We have used Data Export for this for a few years now. It provides standard reports that we can customize to ensure we are sending all of the data in the frequency that we need. On occasion there is a data point that we cannot identify in the Data Export interface, but support has been excellent in helping us set up the field to pull into our reports. We've been very happy with Data Export's product and support.

Really good service, they create custom reports for you so you can pay attention on your business.

They integrated the Apps Oberlo, Shopify and Google Drive so I can download the reports updated without spending hours of work doing them

A huge improvement over Shopify's native reporting tools, and much more reasonably priced than other options I've looked at. My one wish would be for an improvement in the UX; I know it's designed for exporting data (something it does quite well), but it's still a bit clunky looking at reports in-app. That said, customer service is very solid, and they'll even go in and add custom fields to reports you've made, if you ask. If you're looking for improved reporting capabilities for your e-com business, I'd highly recommend Data Export Reports.

STOP SEARCHING FOR ANOTHER REPORTING APP. This is the only one you need. We have been shopify users for over 7 years and this is the most in depth reporting app we have ever used! We also asked them if they would be able to add a customer ID report function and they got it working in under 10 minutes. Thank you for saving us hours, hours of manual data entry.
