I recently had the pleasure of working with Vinith and I must say that he provided me with excellent customer service. I was facing some difficulties to create a report and Vinith went above and beyond to help me find a solution. He was patient, knowledgeable, and was able to explain complex issues in a way that was easy for me to understand. Vinith was always responsive and took the time to answer all of my questions. I have 7 days left on my free trial and super impressed.
Made a few reports myself, and the team have reached out to me and asked if I need any help (as they saw the word 'test' on my report.
Really helpful team. Refreshing to have a company reach out to try and help without you having to jump through hoops to reach someone.
I also emailed them for some advice and 1st thing the next morning theyd not only answered my question, but produced the report for me!

This is a good App to automatically download order transactions to my ftp site, but what I am most impressed is their customer service.
They will go out of their ways to help you create custom reports and follow up until everything is good.

Easy to pull pretty much anything you need. Really helped provide order and customer data to our team. Good support too - was able to get a report created when I couldn't figure out the best format.

Data Export has always offered us really great support in using the app. So even when we feel like we're struggling and can't figure it out, they make it a breeze.

One year on from my last review and the only change has been that the support has improved...It was great 12 months ago but is now enhanced.
This app is so easy to use... once you set it up it runs and runs.
It includes a great scheduler and if you need something special the support guys are right there to help in no time and THEY FOLLOW UP.

How useful is this app and helpful is Vincent. A great UE for me.
This has solved so many of my issues in developing a way to migrate my order data into my warehousing software seamlessly.
