Data Export IO: Reports

The reporting is slow and unreliable. If you schedule for 12, it might arrive at any time between 12 and 1 am or even later so not suitable for time-sensitive reports. Customer support is not in real time, they just have a standard message saying they'll work on it and then disappear for days - really frustrating if your business relies on reporting.
UPDATE: They migrated us to their new platform which is a little better, the delay is now not more than 30 mins.

I would appreciate more ability to customize reports without having to reach out to customer service each time.

I had written my own report and Data Export cloned/copied this onto my other 3 sites. Quick, simple and efficient.

Either AI is getting REALLY good, or I actually chatted with a real person, Tony, in resolving a technical issue with a report out of Shopify. Issue resolved quickly and in terms that were clear. quick and top tier support

Their help chat personnel is very responsive and incredibly helpful for complex requests. We have had multiple niche requests and most if not all have been fulfilled. My only qualm, is that the User interface could use a bit of tweaking.

Excellent customer care and attention to needs! The data export tool is able to pull anything I've needed from Shopify and having their customer support accessible is useful in managing the data in the required format I needed.

They get the job done effectively, it takes some communication but they always work to tailor the report to what is required.

I have been using this app for 3 months and the software is great! We have over 30k skus and have no problem running the report. And one more thing. The customer service/ support are friendly & supportive!

Thank you so much to Mallik for working with me to create an automated daily payment summary report. It will be so helpful to our business to capture this data without having to click through multiple filters. Communication was a little slow- though I do think that is because we may be in different countries, and I am sure they are helping lots of people at the same time.
