I have been under a tight deadline to hit and test out lifestyle images on our feed. DataFeedWatch got me set up and going in less than a 48 hr. time frame. Scheduled 2 calls to ask questions and then to get fully set up. I was in constant communication via email and had great chat support.
Before this, I connected Flexify which has taken almost a full week for them to "try" and get the errors fixed and even blamed Shopify that the feed was too big and Shopify couldn't handle it. Also, they couldn't set up a different collection other than the "All" Collection. I've had a feed pulling from a collection where I have excluded product already and they wanted me to do more work to exclude products from within Facebook. Waste of time.
With DataFeedWatch, you have so much control! And they walk you through everything. I'm still in the free trial, but I doubt I will go anywhere else with how good the set up has gone and the customer support. Flexify just sent me to Shopify documentation with no solutions at all. Point is. Don't waste your time with Flexify, get set up on DFW and schedule a call.
Marvin was EXTREMELY helpful. He got our entire feed cleaned up in less than an hour on our onboarding call. This is going to have a huge impact on our business and we are so impressed so far!

I start setting up everything, and only after a while, they tell me Italian is not a supported language to use with AI features, which basically means an overpriced product feed uploader. Better use Simprosys

We understand how important it is to have a comprehensive and personalized user experience, and we greatly appreciate you bringing this need to our attention. On our website, we do have the information about the available languages (English, Polish, and German) but thanks to your feedback, we’ll make sure that the information is more visible.
Additionally, we are working on developing AI in Italian and plan to add it to our offering in the near future. We are constantly working to improve and expand the functionality of our feed platform, and the introduction of new languages is among our priorities.

Superb app and support! I use it for our Google Shopping feed and will also use it for Bing and Facebook. Worth every cent.

Awesome feed app! I tried many other feeds app and they are only able to perform basic customization. This Datafeed watch allow to perform some really advanced customization in feed. Supports are also awesome, was really patient with helping me solving a complicated problem.
