DataFeedWatch Shopping Feed

Good app to help manage product feed for services such as Google Shopping. Great customer service from the DataFeedWatch team getting the feed working and synchronised as well as following up unprompted.

My company has used DataFeedWatch for years, however, I am a beginner. I've had an issue I needed to be resolved ASAP. We've been using DataFeedWatch for over a year. We have three Shopify stores connected, each with several different product feeds for different platforms. It provides the extra configuration options we need that other feed builder apps were lacking. Some of the features we find really useful are being able to append static values to product urls, using Google Sheets for custom lookup tables (for when we want to supply different product information than what we use in our Shopify store), and dynamically setting values based on product sku/name/etc. Whenever I've had a question, their tech support is very responsive (I usually use live chat, which is very convenient). Overall we would recommend DataFeedWatch to anyone looking for a robust product feed generator.

We use this app to manage our product feeds for Google Shopping and Bing Shopping. I really love the flexibility it provides, letting us be extremely specific with the items we want to include. It also gives us complete control over the information submitted through the feed. For example, you can shorten titles, add/replace certain words, etc. Their support team is really great, too.

Data Feed Watch has a nice interphase, easy to use and very flexible. The customer support team is always ready to help you within minutes. Maria from the support team helped me look through the feed and figure out why Google Mechant Center was giving me errors. It's all sorted out now and I couldn't be more pleased!

I've been using this service to help streamline and simplify our ability to get our products into the various online channels/marketplaces that we need to, and I've been very impressed with the service itself, but also the customer service that comes along with the products. In particular, special mention hat-tip to Marvin Flores (LatAm Regional Manager) who goes above and beyond for me - when I've been in a jam or two - and helps me get our feeds working properly and is just a very generous and helpful person. DataFeedWatch is very lucky to have such a great manager on their team and it really instills confidence for me in their products. I would happily recommend this service to anyone looking for help with product feeds etc.!
