Data Feed Watch Shopping Feeds

Killer app that just makes life easier - not to mention absolute gold customer service (talking about you Marvin!) - highly, highly recommend.

I had a tricky problem where I needed to compare dates to see if a product was a pre-order, backorder, in stock or out of stock. Marvin F went away, created a custom solution for me and called me back within an hour to solve the problem. I have tried 3 other data feed systems, and Data Feed Watch is the first that has been able to solve this problem.

The app is doing exactly what I needed and the support is great. We got our first onboarding meeting with Marvin Flores. Even though we knew a bit about how to use DFW after less than an hour we are now way more confident and we will be able to manage our feeds with almost no help.

This app is critical to organizing and linking your products correctly. The customer service team is incredibly helpful. They guided me through the set-up and within 1 hour, I was up and running with the correct product names, IDs, descriptions, etc. Because a lot of coding was done on the website, this was a pain point but Data Feed Watch was and is the solution!

Great introduction to the platfrom from Marvin who was super helpful and very clear. Ready to start some granular analysis and confident this is a powerful app which puts me back in control of my data feed.

I have been under a tight deadline to hit and test out lifestyle images on our feed. DataFeedWatch got me set up and going in less than a 48 hr. time frame. Scheduled 2 calls to ask questions and then to get fully set up. I was in constant communication via email and had great chat support.

Before this, I connected Flexify which has taken almost a full week for them to "try" and get the errors fixed and even blamed Shopify that the feed was too big and Shopify couldn't handle it. Also, they couldn't set up a different collection other than the "All" Collection. I've had a feed pulling from a collection where I have excluded product already and they wanted me to do more work to exclude products from within Facebook. Waste of time.

With DataFeedWatch, you have so much control! And they walk you through everything. I'm still in the free trial, but I doubt I will go anywhere else with how good the set up has gone and the customer support. Flexify just sent me to Shopify documentation with no solutions at all. Point is. Don't waste your time with Flexify, get set up on DFW and schedule a call.

Marvin was EXTREMELY helpful. He got our entire feed cleaned up in less than an hour on our onboarding call. This is going to have a huge impact on our business and we are so impressed so far!

Superb app and support! I use it for our Google Shopping feed and will also use it for Bing and Facebook. Worth every cent.
