We've been using this product to help with feed management for a while - really good dashboard (very user-friendly) with a great support team.

Great app & support. I needed an automated solution for my dynamic feed to Google Merchant Centre & the app does the job tremendously well. There support is exemplary & they make sure everything is set up and working correctly.

I have been under a tight deadline to hit and test out lifestyle images on our feed. DataFeedWatch got me set up and going in less than a 48 hr. time frame. Scheduled 2 calls to ask questions and then to get fully set up. I was in constant communication via email and had great chat support.

Before this, I connected Flexify which has taken almost a full week for them to "try" and get the errors fixed and even blamed Shopify that the feed was too big and Shopify couldn't handle it. Also, they couldn't set up a different collection other than the "All" Collection. I've had a feed pulling from a collection where I have excluded product already and they wanted me to do more work to exclude products from within Facebook. Waste of time.

With DataFeedWatch, you have so much control! And they walk you through everything. I'm still in the free trial, but I doubt I will go anywhere else with how good the set up has gone and the customer support. Flexify just sent me to Shopify documentation with no solutions at all. Point is. Don't waste your time with Flexify, get set up on DFW and schedule a call.

Good app to help manage product feed for services such as Google Shopping. Great customer service from the DataFeedWatch team getting the feed working and synchronised as well as following up unprompted.

We've been using DataFeedWatch for over a year. We have three Shopify stores connected, each with several different product feeds for different platforms. It provides the extra configuration options we need that other feed builder apps were lacking. Some of the features we find really useful are being able to append static values to product urls, using Google Sheets for custom lookup tables (for when we want to supply different product information than what we use in our Shopify store), and dynamically setting values based on product sku/name/etc. Whenever I've had a question, their tech support is very responsive (I usually use live chat, which is very convenient). Overall we would recommend DataFeedWatch to anyone looking for a robust product feed generator.

We use this app to manage our product feeds for Google Shopping and Bing Shopping. I really love the flexibility it provides, letting us be extremely specific with the items we want to include. It also gives us complete control over the information submitted through the feed. For example, you can shorten titles, add/replace certain words, etc. Their support team is really great, too.

I've been using this service to help streamline and simplify our ability to get our products into the various online channels/marketplaces that we need to, and I've been very impressed with the service itself, but also the customer service that comes along with the products. In particular, special mention hat-tip to Marvin Flores (LatAm Regional Manager) who goes above and beyond for me - when I've been in a jam or two - and helps me get our feeds working properly and is just a very generous and helpful person. DataFeedWatch is very lucky to have such a great manager on their team and it really instills confidence for me in their products.
