I have just had 45 minutes with Marvin and found him to be patient and helpful.
Being realistic, 45 minutes is not a lot of time to learn about the intricacies of DFW, nevertheless, he did a good job within the time restrictions, and I am grateful for the time I did have with him.

Hi , at first I was discouraged about the service I recieved from Keith. He wasn't very pleasant or helpful at all.
I thought I would give it another shot and got Tetiana on the chat. She was like a hundred and fifty degree turn around, from what I experienced before. Even though she was working alone she managed to juggle the chats like a real pro. She took the time to be attentive to my problems and help me work through them and was very nice throughout the whole chat. It was a pleasure working with her. I hope I get her when I chat again :)

While this app seems to have some potential the lack in support and documentation makes it really hard to integrate it properly.

Customer Service was always a terrible experience for me with their chat. I was not successful setting up my Amazon channel feed...and despite my making many, many efforts...and being abandoned on live chat...I finally decided to cancel for the 2nd time. I tried to give a 2nd chance; but customer support never made me feel comfortable to say the least.

I installed this app cause I had some problem with the standard feed and I must say it is very functional, easy to set up and understandable. The customer support is always ready to help you for every question or doubt and it gives you the possibility to fully manage your product feed. 100% suggested!

Best customer service / support I've ever experienced. Paweł was extremely helpful and generous with his time. First time I've bothered to write a review for an app, thanks to him. The app is actually easy to use so you don't necessarily need support, but it's amazing to know that should any questions or concerns come up, they are there for you and respond almost instantly. Before installing Datafeed Watch, I was having issues with my product data not syncing correctly to Facebook and Paweł was on a screenshare with me and walked me through everything until we fixed it.

Good app but customer service so bad. They respond in two weeks. My ticket: 588919 and 586637. And now it's still unresolved!

My understanding from other is that this is a good app for doing Google Shopping Feeds. However, if you want to do other feeds, beware. The Wish feed is simply broken; it exports in the wrong format. I pointed this out to them, and, amazingly, rather than implement the simple fix they told me to create a custom feed for Wish from Scratch. Then came eBay. Data Feed Watch doesn't handle variations correctly; they come up in random order. This can be done correctly, as other listing are. I have been trying to get DataFeedWatch support to work on this for weeks now, but the only tech support is by chat , and you often get different people each time. And they don't have a case system, so I have to explain to new people the problem each time, and then exactly nothing happens. If you know exactly what you want and know this product will do it, OK, but if you want to set up multiple feeds for different stores, and if you want decent support, go elsewhere. I have had a 1 star experience with the product, and a 0 star experience with tech support.

This app is critical to organizing and linking your products correctly. The customer service team is incredibly helpful. They guided me through the set-up and within 1 hour, I was up and running with the correct product names, IDs, descriptions, etc. Because a lot of coding was done on the website, this was a pain point but Data Feed Watch was and is the solution!
