Data Feed Watch Shopping Feeds

We have been using DataFeedWatch for over a year and are currently feeding 8 different channels through their app. It's an incredibly user-friendly app, which allow you to customize and automate your feed in a lot of powerful ways. Through manipulating our data so it's optimized for each channel, our CTR and ROAS have increased on all our marketing channels. Another good thing about DataFeedWatch is their reasonable pricing, their excellent and swift customer support on chat/email and the large help center allowing you to learn most things on your own. I have no second thoughts recommending this company/app for other Shopify merchants.

When things go wrong with the product feed, I need solutions fast. in my experience with other feed management platforms, you just can't get somebody on with tech support soon enough. I hate email-only support. Data feed watch has live support with real people available to readily schedule meetings and get to the bottom of the problem, or help with setup. I am a beginner with Data Feed Watch; since before I was working with a marketing agency whom was doing all the updates from Shopify store with a personalized tool.
Now, Marvin Flores, global account manager from DFW has supported us to begin set-up on DFW in order to make things work properly in Merchant Center & Adwords campaigns.

We are using this app for all our shops now, for more than a year I believe, and we could not be more satisfied! It is very easy to understand, customer support is extremely helpful and very fast. We have never had any problems with any of the feeds and they have been kind enough to set us one feed up that we just couldn't make work by oourselves.

This app is absolutley worth it's money and then some!

Best customer service / support I've ever experienced. Paweł was extremely helpful and generous with his time. First time I've bothered to write a review for an app, thanks to him. The app is actually easy to use so you don't necessarily need support, but it's amazing to know that should any questions or concerns come up, they are there for you and respond almost instantly. Before installing Datafeed Watch, I was having issues with my product data not syncing correctly to Facebook and Paweł was on a screenshare with me and walked me through everything until we fixed it.
