MAPPY: Dealer & Store Locator

We installed this app to help customers find our products at our authorized dealers. Received great customer service from Amber & her team when I ran into some difficulty with the installation. They fixed the issue and it looks great!

App works great, customers find it easy to use and the help team (Gigi) are legends. Can't recommend highly enough. All the Apps from these guys are the best. LEGENDS!

The app is actually super useful and I'm glad we have it. We had an issue with getting config settings to work, and I didn't realize that we had to specifically check our API key before doing so. I messaged the chat help, and this lovely assistant, Jena, helped me out and immediately got my issue fixed. I'm so thoroughly impressed to get help at a time I didn't expect to get help at (7 pm PST) and that it actually fixed my problem that I went out of my way to post this review. Thank you all!

I first wrote in for some help on mass changes on all our locations, and got connected with Jena Nguyen who was more than helpful and friendly. Jena patiently helped to understand the issues I was experiencing, and took the extra time to advise better ways to improve the website. Biggest thanks to the developers Phung Viet Tung and Dinh Trong Linh who executed what I needed, and who went the extra mile to help us - the team's help was much appreciated!

The store locator app was super easy to install and upload addresses. I had a slight tech issue and customer service was A+.

The product is very easy to use and looks good in our store. The customer support was extremely good as well. I had a (self-inflicted) issue with an API and some minor formatting, and had a support staff + technician help me through them all within 20 minutes of me reaching out.

After soon not being able to use my previous app, I switched to this app.

Being a customer service week, I thought this would be the best time to write this review. My experience went from frustration to great, thanks to Jena and the developer Dinh Trong Linh. Jena has been kind, patient, and helpful for the last couple of weeks. Being on different continents meant that we were in different time zones. Still all questions I left and requests were addressed on time. Very happy that they offer customization at no extra cost. Dinh Trong Linh who worked on our site, did a wonderful job tweaking per the brief given. Two months in, Jena continues to check in. Why this app? The store locator page looks similar to the rest of the site, which is one of the big reasons we moved from the previous app. Having images/logos makes the page look great. One doesn't have to be a technician to use this app, there is a step-by-step guide to help. When in doubt or your stuck, there have excellent customer support to help out. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for exceptional service.
