MAPPY: Dealer & Store Locator

Great app. We were looking for a simple to use, but great quality plug in to show fitting locations and this worked perfectly.

Great app, we tried a different app before we moved our store locator to BSS and we are VERY happy with this one. BSS never disappoints! (We use other BSS apps, too) The customer and tech support is excellent and they really go out of there way for their customers. We use various BSS apps for multiple Shopify stores. Jinny as the supporter and Van Hoan as the technician It's always aggravating when you have to reach out for help with any app you have on Shopify and it is especially aggravating when the support team for that app is subpar. That was not the case I had yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised and really just excited that Jinny and Van Hoan were able to answer my questions and repair a slight technical issue I was having in just a few minutes. Best helped I have received with an app hands down! The store locator app has helped grow my distribution network dramatically this year so I'm glad the issue was worked out so I wouldn't have to start over with a different app.

The app is actually super useful and I'm glad we have it. We had an issue with getting config settings to work, and I didn't realize that we had to specifically check our API key before doing so. I messaged the chat help, and this lovely assistant, Jena, helped me out and immediately got my issue fixed. I'm so thoroughly impressed to get help at a time I didn't expect to get help at (7 pm PST) and that it actually fixed my problem that I went out of my way to post this review. Thank you all!

I first wrote in for some help on mass changes on all our locations, and got connected with Jena Nguyen who was more than helpful and friendly. Jena patiently helped to understand the issues I was experiencing, and took the extra time to advise better ways to improve the website. Biggest thanks to the developers Phung Viet Tung and Dinh Trong Linh who executed what I needed, and who went the extra mile to help us - the team's help was much appreciated!
