I use MAPPY in multiple stores, and when implementing a map on my multi-language store, I initially had some issues getting the tags translated. The MAPPY team resolved it within just a couple of hours. They are very responsive and helpful.

This app works really well and very detailed. But most importantly, the technical support is supreme! Anytime we have an issue, which is very few and far between, the technical support gets on the chat ASAP and gives us detailed instructions. They tell us how to fix the issue or helps us with something that we don't understand. Very rare in today's market. If you're deciding on a store locator app, choose MAPPY because they're great and their technical support makes it worth it 100%!

Needed a map to show on a certain page with only retailers tagged. They had it done within 6 hours on a Saturday night. They were responsive as well, which is something that some apps cannot say! Will continue using and will likely recommend to my other clients.

Great customer support! They are very responsive and nice. If you want some minor adjustments to map and store information design they can help you with that.

I think some of these customization should be manageable in app settings but as they answer quickly we don't mind that much ;)

It's very powerful. The customizable map card information is exactly what I need, and the automatic location function perfectly meets my requirements. It would be even more perfect if a store reservation function could be added to the store information section.
