Decile ‑ Customer Analytics

Decile is a game changer. It's more of a hybrid CDP-analytics tool, and I would put it up against any enterprise CDP. For a business on Shopify, this is a master unlock - we can answer questions we've had for years in minutes. The team is great, the UI is top notch, and the Acxiom data is a great addition to paid targeting. Everything that I wanted when I was using an enterprise CDP is available in Decile. I've already told so many contacts in the industry - this is the next big tool in the Shopify ecosystem.

This is a very advanced platform to gain data and insights on your audience (aka CRM platform). You may think you know your customers but this tool gives you a very deep understanding of their attributes and behaviors. The team is absolutely stellar! I've received a white glove service from a world-class team of experts. They were all great communicators and literally handholding me in every step of the journey from onboarding to strategy to execution. They were always available for my questions. I learned a lot from them. They've given me so many recommendations and helped me put together a testing framework. This platform gives access to thousands (maybe millions) of 3rd party data audiences, which you may want to use to discover new audiences for acquisition purposes.

Decile gave us a lot of insight into things we didn't know about our customers with 3rd party data. The onboarding was seamless and fast. The team made us feel like we were the most important client and created a custom experience for our business. We see how this would be an invaluable tool to make better marketing decisions for copy, creative, targeting, promotions, and connecting our marketing activities and decisions to financial dimensions. We can look inside the mind of our buyers with their different purchase behaviors without being limited by the data that is held back by Google or Facebook. Highly recommended.
