I do not get any responses from support and I have emailed them 3 times! The app is showing results for "all time" even after I have applied a filter. I have to delete this app.

We're using DeepMine. Works pretty well, but there's a problem with .csv export and improper escaping of double quotes ("). I wrote an e-mail to the developer about it, but never got any response.
