We are using Delhivery for our D2C shipments however with no customer care and just a bot replying to online queries it becomes extremely difficult to service our clients. Our number is registered and if we call from the registered number to to the Helpline it automatically disconnects making sure we never get in touch with a customer executive. (is there even one) ?
some deliveries are delayed for days and there is no way to get in touch with the company or the person delivering. Its a black hole once your parcel has left.
Most definitely shifting out to a more reliable platform that has better servicing.

By FAR - THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.
It's impossible to get to talk to a human, support tickets are easy to raise, but you'll be lucky to get someone to resolve them. I have a ticket open for a high value package they've lost from their warehouse for the last 5 days; they've taken 0 responsibility, they aren't giving me a number or a human I can talk to. A month ago, they lost 3 out of 14 boxes they were supposed to deliver from Delhi to Pune; they claimed that "We have opened the 14 boxes and adjusted them in the remaining 11"
1. That's not possible
2. Even if that was possible; what gives them the right to do that?
3. These items were worth over a 1,00,000/-. Till date, I haven't received a call/message from anyone and they close any ticket I open about it.
They take no responsibility for lost packages, their delivery executives deliver/pickup as per their will and not as per promised timelines, which leads to a harrowing experience for the customers.
I would rather spend 10-15% more than deal with Delhivery. It is genuinely terrible. PLEASE - If you have a new business; AVOID DELHIVERY LIKE THE PLAGUE. They will give you a whole other layer of headache on top of everything else you're already dealing with.
Recent integration with Amazon is HUGE help! But orders on Amazon are not automatically selecting Delhivery in shipping service. This has to be done manually by re-editing shipping service. Wastes time, please fix.
we are waiting for the rider since 3 days but no one is coming nor even calling us for any info he wants.
For the past six months, I've been utilizing Delhivery for my eCommerce shipments, and my experience has been largely positive. When I contacted their customer service about a delayed shipment, they responded quickly and resolved the issue within a day. The process of booking shipments through their platform is user-friendly, and their tracking updates have been both timely and precise. Thanks to their dependable delivery service and outstanding customer support, I’ve become a loyal customer.

Worst service I have even seen in my life. Delivery partner didn't even come to my place and marked as shipment wasn't ready, then on the next day he marked as client wasn't available. I'm calling him and he didn't even picking up my call. Then I escalated the matter to the customer care team, they rescheduled it and its been more than 4 days while rescheduling for pickup. Then I cancelled my order from there platform now they are not returning my money. Delhivery CHOR hai. He eaten my money.

Even after multiple complaints, I am unable to integrate Delhivery with my online store because the API calls are not yielding the desired results. This is impacting my store sales.

Such poor service being provided! I registered my company a month ago and submitted the GST, yet every time I log into the panel, it asks me to activate my account. When I try, it shows 'GST already registered.' This has been happening for the past 15 days, and I still haven’t found a solution. I tried raising a support ticket, but it says 'Client Mapping not found!' I even attended a Zoom call and asked for an email ID or contact number, but the representative refused to provide one, citing company policy. He assured me someone from Delhivery would get in touch, but I haven’t received any call or email. Such poor service, and i still don’t understand why you're asking for ratings when it’s clear that you don’t even read the comments or feedback people provide. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I’m sure my concerns are not being taken seriously

I would not even like to give one star because the this is the worst logistics application i have ever seen, i'm not being on onboarded from the last one week. Due to their technical errors im not able to submit my GST documents even after uploading the documents Its taking me nowhere and this issue is recurring from the last 7 days no proper customer support at all, raised more than 50 tickets but due to their poor technical infrastructure its not reflecting the support dashboard. I'm feeling like to smash my head against the wall for your great experience. If you dont value your customers time I swear you are going nowhere and will end up lossing a lot of potential business.
