Recent integration with Amazon is HUGE help! But orders on Amazon are not automatically selecting Delhivery in shipping service. This has to be done manually by re-editing shipping service. Wastes time, please fix.

The concern you highlighted from earlier — where Amazon orders weren’t auto-selecting Delhivery as the shipping service — has now been fully resolved. The integration has been stable for several months, and the shipping service auto-populates as expected.

We are able to use delivery to schedule our shipments. However, some very basic functionality is missing.

1. Delhivery does not update status of payments It has collected from customers on Shopify.

2. While Shiprocket used to send customer notifications after every shipment, Delhivery doesn’t do it. Instead, they want us to subscribe to their per WhatsApp Service.

COD needs to be enabled directly in your Shopify Admin (under Settings > Payments > Manual Payment Methods) before it becomes visible at checkout. Once that is switched on, Delhivery One will automatically detect COD orders.

Hi i am also not able to generate AWB no. Asking to fill all customer data in a excel sheet and upload in delhivery app. It should capture automatically. Please help me in this because orders are pending from from last 4 days

Actually i have seen this app working properly, one of my know person was using this app. I have use this app on shopify platform on my friends shopify store. i am stuck in starting process, once i know the right process may be it will run smoothly without any error
