What I love the most about this app is that it not just serves the purpose but also the backend team provides an amazing customer service. You can always reach out to them with your queries and they will revert with a solution in no time.

Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.

It's been a month of using the platform. I'm a noob when it comes to tech. Their support team has been prompt, patient, and exceptional. I was in two minds before signing up but now it seems unlikely that I'll ever think of shifting.
