It's been a month of using the platform. I'm a noob when it comes to tech. Their support team has been prompt, patient, and exceptional. I was in two minds before signing up but now it seems unlikely that I'll ever think of shifting.

We recently onboarded with DelightChat and have had a positive experience. Their support team is highly responsive and provided swift assistance during the integration process. Whenever an issue arose, they addressed it promptly. We required a platform that could integrate various customer service channels such as WhatsApp, email, and social media inboxes, and DelightChat offers all the essential features we need for our business. Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.
