We run multiple brands, so we needed a solution that supports the versatility of our business. The Delightchat team was fantastic in genuinely listening to our specific needs. They even went as far as designing a solution solely for our use cases and updated their product to support more merchants. We use delight chat for our customer support. The whatsapp chat on the website is very smooth and helps us connect with our customers effectively. We even use DelightChat for our social media replies. I love the team tagging feature that they have, it allows us to tag the chat to the right person without inconvenience to the customer. Would highly recommend this app.

Best app for managing all my business chats and order automations of my shopify orders. Customer support for this app is really helpful so that I dont face any issue while using the app.
