Recomiendo la aplicacion primero por el soporte (pese a la diferencia horaria) me atendieron fuera de su horario de trabajo. El equipo es muy amable y siempre estan innovando en nuevas funcionalidades con la comunidad, los precios estan excelentes comparado con la competencia. Y la posibilidad de integrar todos los canales posiblesen una sola plataforma lo convierten en un todo en uno!!!

This is a great app and it has tied everything together very nicely for us.

There is just one major issue for us, which according the to team is only happening to us, and that is that the notifications do not always work as intended.

Most of the time they work and new notifications are highlighted. Yet sometimes they aren't highlighted, and we miss them, which often lands us in a lot of trouble, as we miss team members or client notifications.

If this would be resolved, it would definitely be a 5-star app for us.

WOW - Delight chat has changed our lives! Better sales person management, been able to make better decisions based on performance metrics, a one-stop solution to all our merchant communication needs - we've replaced Slack with DC entirely! My entire team doesn't need to play chinese whispers anymore and everyone has visibility from the time of query to post-sales to subsequent orders - MUST HAVE APP for all Shopify merchants! GREAT SERVICE TOO - they helped me sort out some backend issues with Meta that we couldn't fix for a year. I CANNOT IT RECOMMEND ENOUGH. Worth every penny with broadcasts, tagging, etc - super app and super team. Special mention to Thejus who is a calm, patient solutions EXPERT. Also to Vasudev for great post-onboarding service.
