Downloaded and started using and I can certainly say it is a tool that any business owner who wants to win their WhatsApp and customer support game must have. They also have a very functional support team monitoring and ensuring you have a seamless experience in your daily usage of the app.

The App covers all my WhatsApp requirements, the control panel is simplified and the customer service makes it even easier to reach the provided features.

The help desk and team are very accommodating, although there is occasionally a delay in response times. It appears that there is a preference for resolving issues promptly once a ticket is assigned; however, I have higher expectations regarding the integration of artificial intelligence, as they are positioned to enhance automation processes.

We recently onboarded with DelightChat and have had a positive experience. Their support team is highly responsive and provided swift assistance during the integration process. Whenever an issue arose, they addressed it promptly. We required a platform that could integrate various customer service channels such as WhatsApp, email, and social media inboxes, and DelightChat offers all the essential features we need for our business.
