UPDATE:

Though I appreciated the help I received from the DingDoong team, I ended up uninstalling the app 3 days after my initial review, from frustration. The app is unfortunately VERY limited in features, in the simplicity of setting up the pre-order schedule I needed.
I am currently using the Bird Pickup and Delivery app and their features are far better; even with the FREE plan! VERY happy ...

We deliver frozen food and so we use this app to make sure that customers can specify a delivery date on which their freezer will be ready to receive their order. It would be great however, if it could block the checkout button until a delivery date is chosen to prevent orders coming through without a delivery date. i'm using the pickup function for my products, its working well but I had some troubles repeatedly. The help center is kind and solved it every time but it's exhausting.

The app is well designed, easily customisable etc. However we find customers cannot see the app 20% of the time as their cache or history is not cleared. Sadly have to go with a different provider as it hasn't been able to be sorted.
