A very helpful & useful app for all Shopify owners - a must download for owners who are looking to do scheduled delivery/pickup. App was easy to install & many ways to customise to widget too without any additional charge. Best of all - the developers & DingDoong team (big shoutout to Tracy <3) for being so prompt, nice & patient and more importantly so helpful & efficient to solve an issue which I caused. Am really very grateful & it works perfectly, am immediately on their annual plan with no regrets.

The app is well designed, easily customisable etc. However we find customers cannot see the app 20% of the time as their cache or history is not cleared. Sadly have to go with a different provider as it hasn't been able to be sorted.

App does what it says and support responds in a timely manner. Although I chose a different app that fits the size and needs of my business better, this app is great for most websites out there!

For a free app, this is an unbelievable app. This app has saved us $300 a year and has more functionality than other apps. Their support (Anna) is amazing at solving any issues you have and I would recommend this app to anybody.

just starting to use this apps, seems like user friendly, dont need to use google api key, its link to our calendar. helpdesk was very helpful. for me it was good enough

i would gladly give it a high review. but when i use the app. it actually a paid version and not the free? something is fishy with this. same minute when i installed the app. i got notification that i paid the app. not a trial version. i even deleted the app within the hour too. i can't trust this team. where's my refund.

update: i have received their email and sent the refund immediately. i want to suggest them to start it at the free trial instead of the paid options on the approval. on testing apps. website app tests in shopify are all free that's why i approved it without reading. just edit the options for easy trial for all. thanks
