Zapiet has been an amazing addition to our store & operations for years (both their Rates by Distance app and their Pickup+Delivery app). Easy to install and integrate... nice professional customer-facing look. The support provided by Zapiet is amazing! They answer at all hours and go above and beyond to make sure they find the best (in our case.. customized) solutions for whatever we're trying to accomplish. Highly recommend.

I almost gave up on Zapiet. It was not until Jeanette from the tech support team helped me out tremendously with my issues. That kept me as a Zapiet customer. Honestly Zapiet is worth every penny just for the customer service and support. Tech support from people like Jeanette and Krystabel make Zapiet a great plugin and service. I highly recommend it!

Shopify and its third party apps are not always the most intuitive, but Zapiet always has good support and they will stay with you until the problem is solved.

This app makes it SO easy to charge the correct amount for mileage, set up is easy and customer service is wonderful! I will never not have this app.

Would better give them 0. This best describe experience, app is NOT working properly, you would need to check it daily. Is it not SET it and forget it solution.

Our goal with the Delivery Rates by Distance app is to provide an accurate, user-friendly tool to help our merchants manage delivery costs effectively. While we strive for a seamless experience, there may be occasional issues, and our support team is committed to addressing them promptly. In your case, we attempted to investigate the issue, but our access to your store was removed.

had it installed for 1 day i couldn't get it to work as im not very good at these things, so i reached out to live chat response time under 20mins yet waiting 1.5 hours for a reply if there customer support is not there then neither are we
